What is Contact Improvisation?

You may have noticed that Contact Improvisation [CI] is a common practice at the Field Center. Though this is in part because of the core-staff are all practitioners of the form, it is also because we recognize it's ability to develop a set of listening and collaborative skills that feel deeply important today.
